Hello! Our 3rd night was spent at USA RV Park in Gallup, New Mexico. To our surprise, we found snow waiting for us. This was our first time setting up the RV in snow. We are warm weather people, so the presence of snow was an unwelcome sight. At the RV Park we received an Xscapers Club discount making the total cost $33 a night for full hookups and a pull through site. Sadly, we didn’t do a lot of exploring while in Gallup. The sun is usually setting by the time we pull into wherever we are going and sometimes we don’t have as much opportunity to take picture or explore the area as much as we would like.
We have greatly enjoyed the drive heading west. The sunsets are beautiful and we love the vast open spaces the west has to offer. We haven’t been out west in 6 1/2 years and I can tell just how much we missed the beautiful drive.
